Warren Sager
Founder & Chief Operating Officer
With more than 25 years of retail experience, Mr. Sager earned a bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY. He first demonstrated his talent for organizational effectiveness in 1991, while working for Walmart Stores, Inc. His ability in forecasting, planning and implementing an overall operations strategy moved him through the organization quickly. He held a number of key management positions including operations manager, merchandising manager, acquisitions manager, and finally as acting store manager when he departed in 1995. In 1996, Mr. Sager became owner and operator of a Louisiana-based factory direct retail establishment that included 3 retail locations. It was there that he discovered the discipline and determination, not to mention blood, sweat and tears that it takes to run a successful small business. Most recently, as vice-president of a fast paced internet business, Mr. Sager recognized the need for an e-commerce platform to service the small business and, in early 2004, established Internet Retail Connection (IRC). It is his desire to succeed that drives him to continually bring the latest trends and technologies to his customers.
Steven Musumeche
Founder & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Musumeche began working with internet technologies in 1993, and has been
involved with various aspects of web design, programming, and e-commerce business
for over 15 years. Mr. Musumeche holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information
Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Louisiana
State University. Calling upon skills from the technical and creative worlds,
he is able to develop fully-functional web platforms that are aesthetically
pleasing to a wide audience. Mr. Musumeche has previously held the positions of IT Manager,
Internet Marketing Manager, Web Developer, Affiliate Manager, and Technology
Consultant to several e-commerce companies and the Louisiana Department of Social
Services. In late 2003, he recognized the need for an e-commerce platform to
service the small business and, with Warren Sager, established Internet Retail
Connection (IRC) in early 2004.
